ACCOMMODATION

Three rooms are available, two have bunks, the other is slightly more luxurious. We charge £10.00 per head per night including a full English breakfast. More details.
Daily Rates Weekday Weekend
1. At School / Six Form College** £150 per 10 hour day £185 per 10 hour day
2. At College Of Further Education/ University / Unsigned £195 per 10 hour day £225 per 10 hour day
3. For Small Labels and Working Bands £250 per 10 hour day £270 per 10 hour day
4. For Major Labels / Corporate £400 per 10 hour day £400 per 10 hour day
Hourly Rates
For Major Labels / Corporate £75.00 per hour  
In full time education/Small Label/Unsi £27.50 per hour  
 ** Rate 1 applies where all of the band are under 19 years of age and  either at school or six form college.

  * Sessions booked on an hourly basis where Rates 1 or 2 would apply will be charged at an hourly rate of £27.50

  * Max Read is now busy touring internationally. Please check with him if you specifically want him to do your sessions.

  * Minimum Charge £50 per Booking

 BOOKING A SESSION


Booking The Lodge is easy - just pick up the phone or drop us an email and the dates are yours. However, please be aware of the following points.

When you make a booking, The Lodge has to be confident that the sessions are either going to take place as planned or that in the event of difficulty, will  be kept fully in the picture. So please  - make sure we can contact you  - read and respond to any correspondence sent to you.

You will probably be asked for a modest refundable deposit to secure your booking. You need to make sure that you pay it within seven days of receiving your booking confirmation. If you don't, and we do not hear from you and cannot contact you, we shall assume you no longer require the time and would like us to cancel your booking.
